A 2 bedroom for $1000 minimum. I would say most are around $1200-$1500
3 bedrooms I'm not sure.

The Chicago Reader typically list a large selection apartments mostly located on the Northside. They have an apartment search engine on their website that may give you a good indication of what the rents go for in that area. The website address is Chicago Reader Classifieds | Real Estate | Housing for Rent .
