Simple question:

On the El Red Line going north from the Loop, just after the Fullerton stop, there's a white apartment building right next to the El tracks (on the right side of the train) that the train passes. The building has tennis courts on the roof and is probably roughly one building away from the tracks themselves.

Anyone know what the address of this building is and/or the management company? Looks like a really cool building, I'd love to look into what it costs to live there!

The address is on Lincoln. The building is next to the Apollo Theater. So the address is a number or two south of 2540 N. Lincoln. I think the addresses start at 2536.

After doing a google street address search I looked at the photo and it appears the management company is in the building. The phone number is (773) 327-0770

That building is in the 2500 N block of Lincoln, the Appolo theater is on the North end of the building. I don't know the management company, but I'm guessing those are condos not rentals.

Edit: Tony beat me to it, took me too long to post

I think those are condos, but I'm going on memory here.

The management company is called Messick. Is is possible that the building is called the Messick building.

Through some digging I found this:

"In 1973, Andrew Messick Jr., then president of Messick Construction Co., which was building a $3 million small shopping center with town houses above it (at the 2500 block of n. Lincoln Ave.) "

Lincoln Park

Yep, they're condos. One of the units was featured on HGTV's "House Hunters." They ultimately took the unit in that building in part because they thought it was cool to have the L rumbling right by them. Now, I like urban living and all, but I also like getting sleep.

I could get used to the "L", but I wouldn't like people playing tennis right outside my door.

By the looks of those courts, I don't think anyone has actually played tennis on them for years.

That is a very posh and trendy building. It is well out of your price range so don't even bother looking there. In fact there are no vacancies, so that's that!!?? Me and my good friend Brice used to have tea and strumpets and have long talks about real life tendencies and what the goings on by TRISHA were meaning to svelt in this time. In-fact I should say in anytime, lol.

Yeah so there are no open units, so don't bother inquiring.
