You'd probably have a lot better luck actually asking the schools than a random internet forum. Or asking your coworkers who have kids, if you work in the city.
Most people on here don't have pre-school-aged kids, and those who do seem a lot more likely to deliver the kids to school themselves.

I am not aware of this type of service. We have an Au Pair who takes our kids to school.

Move to Hyde Park. The Neighborhood Club walks the kids to school and several pre-schools start early. The local nurses (on the early shifts) love the setup.

Try kidscaretrans.com. Have no personal experience with them, but see the van regularly picking up kid(s) at my daughter's private school in Chicago, and most of the parents there are pretty picky!

My name is Melinda, I am looking for transportation for my son and daughter. They attend a charter school on the southeast side of the city. I have a kindergartner and 1st grader. I am in DESPARATE need of transportation for my five yr old granddaughter. She lives in the area of 66th/Western and goes to school on the Near WESTSIDE. Anyone know of SAFE & RELIABLE services that will be able to accomodate me?
