BTW: "Flash Mobs" used to be harmless (people would gather in a large group then do something weird like break out into a pillow fight). What these kids are doing aren't flash mobs.. these are organized crimes (look up the beatings in Philadelphia, robberies in Minnesota). RICO should be used against all of them.

It also happens at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore all the time, but is rarely reported.

It was the major cause of the end of the "Greek Picnic" in Philly on South Street. That weekend, ALL of the stores and bars on and around South Street closed early. Cries of "Racism" were yelled at the shop owners. "Whirling" was common (where a bunch of guys surround a young girl, usually white, and feel her up and down and *** her).

HUNDREDS of police officers were called to the scene.

Finally, the members of the fraternities decided that it just wasn't "fun" anymore.

Incidents like these are happening more and more across the country, although Chicago is getting the headlines right now.

It's hard to begin to address the problem until you can accurately define it.
