What I don't understand is why does a city like Chicago, with all its magnitude, can't carry through projects like other cities. That's all.

What I don't understand is why someone that clearly knows nothing about Chicago has such an axe to grind and is keen on spreading falsehoods.

Well please correct me. Two of Chicago's biggest proposed plans get cancelled while bigger cities like NYC continue to expand their skyline and build additional transportation lines. Why is that so? Chicago is suppose to be world city but it's acting like Cleveland and the like (no offense to Cleveland).
