So as I understand it,
Lincoln Park = yuppies, ex frat
Wriggleyville = ex frat
Wicker Park / Bucktown = hipsters

So is there a place where nerds tend to live?

This may or may not be a dumb question. I suspect I'm about to find out...

I guess Hyde Park would be the closest. It's home to one of the top 10 universities in the country. Besides the university, it's next best man-made feature is the Musuem of Science and Industry.... doesn't get any nerdy than that.

Lakeview has a fair number of nerds.

Most nerds have jobs that pay fairly decent, so they live in the popular neighborhoods and trot out "geek chic" to get laid.
