About Chicago auto dealers (St. Charles: rental car, rental, maintenance)

Hi all, I recently move to Chicago for my new job here.
Now I'm planning to get a used car, may you all recommend any reputable auto companies within Chicago area.

I found the one inside downtown called Fletcher Jones Imported, within walking distances from my office. Is it reliable and trustworthy?

I used Bill Kay Niessan in the burbs. Haven't had a problem with my car and they were helpful. Also, remember to really negiotiate. Got my car for blue book value (at least $4000 less than what they were asking) because I ran the car fax and found out it was a rental car. Also got an awesome warranty.

There are thousands of dealerships in the area, all of which people might recommend. With that being said I highly recommend St. Charles Toyota, great guys and an all-around great dealership.

I bought my current car at CarMax and have been very pleased with it. I've had it over 5 years now and other than maintenance, have had few problems with it. They sell warranties that you can use at CarMax and countless of other places. My car now has 120k miles on it and other than some front end suspension work, a new battery and a starter, it's been perfect.

Grossinger Toyota seems to sell a lot of cars; their dealer plateholders are everywhere.

If I was going to look at a LOT of cars, the Woodfield area has the highest concentration of dealers for nosing around in. Downtown Chicago also has a lot of dealers, but you can't wander lots like out in suburbia.
