Ironically for the flyer in description of a class of self identified irony loving hipsters, it is racist for identifying an entire group "hipsters" as only white, and xenophobic about new people coming in. I think it is disgusting.

That flyer was on Chicagoist and several other websites last may. That flyer is at least 10-15 years too late. SAIC kids and other hipsters starting moving in long ago. Pilsen's white population has been well over 20% since the 90s and currently is around 36% percent. Hardly a new phenomenon and their not going anywhere.
