I am from out of state and not very familiar with the transit system in IL. I will be interning in Rosemont,IL over the summer. Was wondering where would be good places to find apartments/studios/sublets that are walking distance to the blue line?

There are good online maps of Chicago and I suggest you start there, studying the map. On those maps you'll see the rapid transit system detailed and you can see which neighborhoods are close to those Blue Line stations.
www.transitchicago.com has good transit maps and information, as well. There are too many possibilities to list here and we don't know you, your budget what you like/dislike, etc., etc. Take some time to review the maps and transit information, check the Chicago Reader website for apartment rentals, maybe look at Craigslist.org as well. Then when you have one or more neighborhoods identified return to ask specific questions. That's the best advice I can give you.

Since you're interning I'm assuming you're young and looking for an area that is generally safe with a lot of bars and restaurants. Check out places around Division, Damen, Western, and California El stops. Since you'll be doing a reverse commute you should have no problems at any of those stops at rush hour.
