What do you think is the ugliest skyscraper in Chicago? It has to be a fairly tall building, not something small and old.

I would say this is a contender. Not because of its design but because of its color and the mix of the old facade with new steel. I think the photo looks better than it really does in real life. 10 N Lasalle.

To be honest, I've never been a big fan of 311 S Wacker. I don't know why, but it's not very appealing to me.

I've never liked Chase tower. I'm sure it wasn't easy to construct the curve of the building, yet I just don't think it has any appeal.

Soldier field IMO is an architectural disaster. Very ugly!

Ugliest for me is Sears Tower. In some angles it's actually very nice, from directly south or north it's pretty. But from the east or west I think it looks absolutely horrid. CNA tower is another one I am not a fan of.

No that diamond building is worse. Lol the red building gives the skyline a nice touch of color.

I like them all.

But I am not used to skyscrapers. I grew up in Stockholm, Sweden. Before I moved to The States I lived in Germany. Then I moved to Oklahoma, followed by Tacoma, Wa, Memphis, TN, Olive Branch, MS and now live in Chicago. I LOVE this city. it reminds me about home. kind of.

That isn't right at all. In the early 2000s there were 600 murders a year. In the 90s it was anywhere from 700-900. This past year there were 513.......so historically the murder rate has dropped
