I've been to Milan, Athens and Mexico City.

I'd like to visit:
Warsaw

Kyiv
Toronto
Vilnius
Hamburg
Petah Tikva
Moscow
Lucerne
Delhi
São Paulo
Belgrade

And where is Busan?

Busan is South Korea. I believe it's the 2nd or third largest city in the country.

Sadly the only one I have been to is Toronto . I have been to a lot of cities international just not Chicago's sisters cities.

The ones I do want to visit:
Milan
Sao Paulo
Athens
Mexico City
Warsaw
Bogota

Yeah it's like third tier for me.

First tier for me a are cities that I have to see before I die, like Paris, London, Rome, Barcelona, Sydney, Rio de Janiero, Istanbul, Hong Kong, etc.

Second tier are cities that I would like to visit, and if close enough I will make an effort to visit, like Lisbon, Amsterdam, Ottawa, Munich, Shanghai, Lima, etc.

Third tier are cities that if I were a millionaire and visited all the above tiers I would go out of my way to visit, like Busan, Bejing, Mumbai, Copenhagen, Brussels, Brasilia. etc.

Lisbon is one of my favorite cities that I have visited.

Glasgow instead of Birmingham: an architecturally interesting city with distinctive local character and pride, and strong arts scene

St. Petersburg instead of Moscow: young city with lousy weather and awesome architecture (also a "second city")

Mumbai (Bombay) instead of Delhi: bustling business center, better choice than national capital Delhi
Similarly I'd like to see Krakow instead of Warsaw. Warsaw is both the capital and financial/business center of Poland, while Krakow is the second city and more of a cultural center. It also has interesting architecture because it wasn't destroyed during WWII and rebuilt with Soviet architecture like Warsaw was.
