Valpo I believe is part of Zip Car's college strategy, as are towns like Naperville (North Central), Wheaton (Wheaton), Peoria (Bradley), Chambana (U of I), Madison WI(University of Wisconsin) , Milwaukee WI (which has multiple colleges/universities), Iowa City(University of Iowa, South Bend/Notre Dame, Houghton MI (Michigan Tech). Chicago does have Igo which is a non-profit car sharing service. I don't think the prices are much different though.
