Default city ROBBING TAX PAYERS.

We could start a thread on how the City of Chicago is ROBBING RESIDENTIAL customers on OVERCHARGING for water. Water is not OIL. Chicago has a huge FRESH WATER LAKE. City of Chicago is ROBBING TAX PAYERS

You're right, in that water is required for life, whereas oil isn't.

On the rest, you're a bit off base. Lake Michigan isn't Chicago's, it isn't even Illinois', it isn't even America's. The Great Lakes are managed by the USA and Canada, and Chicago/IL has a strict limit on how much we are allowed to divert.
