The prices of some of those homes in Humboldt Park are hilarious. Truly gut-busting chucklers. $189,000?! one bedroom condo , and that was a long goddamn time ago!

Really? I bought a 2 BR condo with a deck in Edgewater for less than that within the last year... not everywhere has hyper inflated prices like Streeterlincolngoldtownpark.
