He only said it would be great if utils were included.
It really is going to depend on commute vs. money. Something, sadly, will have to give. |

You should be good in Lakeview or Wrigleyville (which is actually part of Lakeview). There are virtually no bad parts of Lakeview, and the few "iffy" spots there are in Lakeview are still not particularly dangerous by American urban standards.
BTW, to answer an earlier question of yours, a 3-flat is a 3-story tall free-standing building (as opposed to a rowhouse) that usually has one apartment in each of its three stories. Here's a picture of a standard Chicago 3-flat: ![]() |

Thanks for this explanation, I was wondering if that is an actual apartment with 3 levels in it.

I disagree that that is a 3 flat. That is a 2 flat with a "garden" apartment apparently.) |

Also, furniture that I checked out on craigslist, if I let's say buy couch, do I need to pick it up or I can have seller deliver it or, cause I would not have a car, so how do I pick it up?
Go an d rent a U-haul truck or there is a better options? |

It depends,if you get a bunch of stuff in one day and you are willing to move it yourself, rent a van or small truck. If not, it is too expenesive to rent one everytime you buy something.

A garden apartment is at least partially below ground. Best I can tell the bottom apartment is ground level.

Some people will deliver it for you for a fee. Otherwise, you would need to rent a truck or large van. There are sometimes people on craigslist that advertise that they will pick up and deliver your craigslist items.
