I think you remembering a separate plot to blow up the Sears Tower that was busted up. It was not part of the original 9/11 attacks.

But it hardly matters. I'm sure they'd kill all of us if they had the means to.

Actually, that's not true. There was never any evidence that a plane was supposed to blow up the sears tower or anything in Chicago. That was just assailed by paranoid people (for good reason).

Check this article which states

"A classified government analysis circulated this week among counterterrorism officials said Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, the captured Qaeda leader, has told interrogators that Mr. bin Laden gave Mohammed Atta, the leader of the Sept. 11 hijackers, "a list of targets." The document said it included the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, the United States Capitol, the White House, the Israeli Embassy in Washington and the Sears Tower in Chicago."

No idea whats true or not. But I remember news outlets talking about it.

Well, based on the picture, it is entirely possible they could hit that building, or any other building they wish to.

right now, I'm feeling a kind of yellow flag inside me, but it is not enough to stop me from going about my daily business. Anything can happen at any time, even getting hit by a bus or a person talking on thier cell phone while driving.

So i am not going to worry about it, anything can happen any time.

I'm by no means paranoid, or prone to worry, but I have to admit I was glad that my Wife, who works in a building directly adjacent to the Sears (Willis, whatever) Tower, decided to work from home on Sept 11th.
