Another one here for Lou's. I love Lou's deep dish with hot giardenera. And they have a low fat mozz, you can't even tell it's low fat. It's delicious!

I have yet to check out Gigio's. Has anyone else tried tried it?

I'm partial to Bacino's for deep dish, with Chicago's (the original, now on Lincoln), Gino's East and Art of Pizza close behind. Lou Malnati's is certainly excellent, and although they are chains, I'll never turn down Eduardo's or Giordano's.
For ambiance, Gulliver's gets my vote.

We got a really good one from Connie's on Archer the other night. I hadn't had Connie's in years, they've held up.
Had thin crust, cheese and sausage.
