No, emma, we also say "brrr" for cold, that's not the strange part.

Life in Chicago isn't hard... the city has a tough image and the weather can be difficult, but other than that, Chicago is a great place to work, live and play.

How about Romania? Is it hard or pink?

Americans are very cool about broken english, but you've confused us with the way you're using the word pink. Something has been lost in translation.

Are you moving here? It's very dark and hard in some neighborhoods and very pink and hard at other neighborhoods.. It's very diverse.

most of the time is hard but it has a pink part and is about the people spirit and how you want to life your life ,enjoy the litle things ,and see the pink in all that makes you happy.

Stop making fun of the OP. It's perfectly obvious she is using the word "pink" to mean easy or pleasant. Chicago is mostly pleasant (except for winter weather) but if you're out of work or make a low income and have to live in a less desirable neighborhood, it's not so pink.

There are so many Romanians here that Ema/Emma will probably find Chicago very welcoming.

Welcome to America. Specifically Chicago. Sarcasm runs strong.

People use the word "hard" to describe things in America. People do not use the word "pink" to describe things in America. The exception being things that are literally pink in color.

OP didn't ask if it was "yellow or pink" or any other combination of colors. She used one correct adjective, and one incorrect adjective (apparently).

In my opinion it's better to get some ribbing on an anonymous forum for doing/saying something out of the norm in that country, than to do it in real life and receive real life consequences for that action.

Where do you come up with these posts? Just curious. You seem to have a lot of daily posts about completely random things.
