So guys.

Today I was in a Potbelly's because I was in a hurry, but just had to have a turkey and swiss on wheat with lettuce, extra tomatoes and a little giardiniera.

When I get to the end of the line, though, and try to get my sandwich, they want like five bucks for it. I didn't see any signs on the way in that said you had to pay, and I was really jonesing for that sandwich.

I'm thinking of filing a civil suit. Think I've got a shot?

Those were the only empty spots left on the non-street cleaning side of the street. A few months ago I got billed by the Penninsula Hotel for staying in my room after check out. I contested the bill because I literally had nowhere else to sleep that next day. There was a sign posted on the nightstand saying that checkout was at noon (I think it was because there were hotel workers that needed to clean my room for the next guest or something). Those were the only empty rooms. That morning I needed to get to work (I commute using the El) and if I were to pay for another night, I would have had to pay a ton of money just to stay for one more day anyway.

Ok i got one! yesterday i didn't have anywhere to live, so i followed some tenants up the elevator behind them… and then i happened to pass by an apartment that had their door open, so i walked in and decided to raid their fridge, park myself on their couch, and watch tv. hey no one put a sign outside the door saying I couldnt. and i didn't have anywhere to live that day, as i was out of town visiting.. so when the tenants came home, and saw me there, they kicked me out.

Do i have a case? Hey the door was open! that means they were inviting me to come in and park myself there.
