Hey all! I currently live in NWI and took a job in the West Loop. I'd like to cut down my commute and move to the city. We need a three bedroom SFH or townhouse with a decent size fenced yard. We want to be able to walk to a park and maybe a couple businesses. We'd like to stay south so we're closer to family and friends still in NWI. Our budget tops out around $350k. We've been looking online in and around Beverly, Mt. Greenwood, Morgan Park, and Oakland. We homeschool, so no school concerns aside from having fun and educational things to do in and around where we live. Any tips, impressions, or recommendations? Hopefully the weather breaks soon, and we can go spend some time in each. Thanks!
