Hello...I am looking to move to Chicago in the area of North Cicero Ave. and West Wrightwood Ave., (between W. Diversey and W. Fullerton). Can anyone tell me if this is a safe neighborhood, high crime area, low crime area, etc.

I'd look elsewhere. I wouldn't exactly be in constant fear for my safety in that neighborhood (Belmont-Cragin), but unless you're on a desperate budget, you can do better. Even just one mile north of there puts you in a notably better area. Two miles north puts you in a much better area.
