The built in wall oven at my rental won't go over 100 degree on bake mode. The broil mode works fine. Where can I find a reliable technician who can fix it but won't charge me a limb for the service? How much would I expect to pay?

Thanks,

Is the unit in a condo? If it's a building with onsite management, they will likely have recommendations.

I seem to remember Sears offering repairs and service for appliances. Couldn't tell you a price or if they actually repair things, but you can always call to see if they offer a repair service and for an estimate.
