Moving to Chicago from Europe with green card

I mean how i suppose to apply for some position when there is no option for experience in other country, address in another country, basically most of the applications are for american citizens that whole life live here(when one Application is asking me to fill my education-of course there is only american Universities). i checked how my Resume should look, i also worked for MCcollisters Transportation (as a mover) system when i was student. I registered in three sites for jobs but nothing so far. I have worked for Ingram Micro in my country as Accounts Receivable Specialist and New Accounts Specialist.

This post is not to complain, i think i do something wrong, i need some guide lines what else i have to do. I am open and prepared for entry positions, something from where to start.

Have you networked with other Bulgarians? In my company, we do a ton of hiring from referrals. We've got pairs and 3s of everything - Bulgarians, Serbians, Bosnians and Romanians. Ethnic food Fridays around here are AWESOME.

I started reviewing some jobs in Linkedin. Actually i want to continue my career in that direction A/R or new accounts, of course i can start and some entry position but no one is replying to my Applications. I don't want to contact other Bulgarians, i believe someone from some company will give a chance but nothing so far. They don't even invite me for interview, there is something wrong but i can find it.

Anyway guys, thanks for you help i will continue searching, hope to have some good news soon.
