Hi, I’d like to find some solid historic information on property appreciation, year by year, for downtown areas on the north side, Lake View, Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, and Bucktown to name a few. For example… in January 2006, the average price of a new 2 bedroom / 2 bath, 1600 square foot condo with parking space in Lake View was $430,000. In January 2007, the average price of a new condo had appreciated 3.72% up to $436,000. Or maybe even something like this….Wicker Park new 2 bed / 2 bath, 1 parking space appreciated at this rate:Jan 96 - Jan 97 2.04%,Jan 97 - Jan 98 1.18%,Jan 98 - Jan 99 3.24%,etc. etc….Does anyone know if this type of information is published anywhere? Thanks!
