I don't know where you live in Chicago, but we use Pilgrim Management. They have offices in Oak Park and River Forest. They're very professional. We've been working with them for 5 years.

Windy City Management . It's a smaller company than Connected, but they're totally North Side focused.

I disagree with an earlier poster about FC Pilgrim management, and could not in any manner recommend them. They have been very slow in responding to concerns that we have brought to them.

Hi I just moved from Chicago to Kansas City and my husband and I have some rental properties located on the North Side. We actually use a private person that specializes in property management to manage our property due to the nightmare of using some of these bigger companies. She markets our properties extremley well, works well with our tenants, keeps accurate budgets and most importantly communicates what we need to know about our properties without calling us for every little play by play. I could give you her number if you would like. Her management fees are also considerably less being that she doesn't have the expenses that a big PM firm would have. Anyway PM me if interested and I hope you find a great Property Manager that actually works for YOU & YOUR PROPERTY NEEDS!!!
