My last meal in the area, while not in Chicago, was at Campagnola in Evanston. Had the lamb bolognese. God, that place is wonderful.

Assuming we don't get to choose from a buffet of different items so I will just say Chicago style deep dish pizza. Ideally, it would be a large sausage deep dish with green pepper and onion from Pequod's.
