I had a phone intervew for a job. I might be having an interviewat the place. It is located at: 5300 S Shore Drive, Chicago, IL60615. Is that a safe area?

I know it is in Hyde Park, Chicago, IL. I know that Obama livesin Hyde Park. I use to work not to far at 51st Michigan/Indiana. I know that Hyde Park is one of the mostethnically diverse neighborhoods in Chicago. I know there is acollege there with a large private police force. I know that HydePark has some upper class houses, and some low-income apartments. Also I know that some people put Kenwood in Hyde Park. Also a Metraline got to Hyde Park, Chicago Is this correct?

What else can you tell me about the above. Other then the usualgoogle.com stuff.

I believe the orland park commute would be easier to maywood since you can simply drive north down harlem or lagrange road. driving from hyde park means you gotta use the eisenhower which is a pain. when it comes to where I'd prefer to live of those two places, I'd pick hyde park all day over orland park.
