Even more so:
In a blockbuster setback for the Daley administration's planned "airport express service," the CTA announced Wednesday that it will postpone completion of its Block 37 rail super station in the Loop because of the prospect of more than $100 million in cost overruns.

This project was doomed before it started and got funding. Anyone with a brain knew it. Frank Kruesi was a complete idiot just like almost all of the morons that came before him. A "Superstation" to nowhere.
250 million down the drain and it still is not going to be finished! WTF.

If there was any doubt the last 15 years or so there surely is none now.

The 250 million could have rebuilt more than a few stations (if not all) on the Howard branch of the Red Line or provided for a decent percentage of the construction on the North-South EL near Cicero. These people are morons.

Although, there are many rude and inappropriate cab drivers too (SHOCKER!) but it doesn't sound as bad as having to take the buses or trains.

Ive ridden the trains in Athens had no issues with cleanliness.
I did however have trouble with buying tickets. Apparently I bought the wrong kind of ticket. Upon being checked by the police I was made to get off the train where I was told I had to pay 40 Euro's or go with him to the station. I dont know if he was legit but I offered him 20 and he took it.
