Blackhawks have had a very steep decline in their tv ratings the past two years, but I think they still lead the Bulls by a small amount in the local ratings.

Cubs overall. Although even less popular teams are well supported when they do well. I remember a few years ago when the Bulls were a competitive team and playing Cleveland in the first round; the bar we were at was showing the game and people were out in full force with their Bulls gear, and the place erupted throughout, as I think they stole game 1. Blackhawks had some decline in viewership, but overall they are still popular. Their Stanley Cup runs (and great records) a few years ago definitely helped. Bears and Sox will always have support due to history, but they have been hard to cheer for lately. The empty Sox game a few months ago (regardless of the explainable reasons), shows where they rank in overall popularity.

Nationally, it's the Cubs. But, at least in my opinion, Chicago is and always will be a Bears town. Even when they're bad, the Bears will always command attention in this town. Whereas, interest wanes when other teams don't do as well. Obviously, we've seen it with the Sox and Bulls the past few years and we've started to see it with the Blackhawks as they've come off their Stanley Cup dynasty high. People even lost interest in the Cubs when they were in the wilderness 2010-2014.

11 people picked Cubs so far...that means 11 people don't understand fractions.

It's the Bears and it's not close.

I voted before I could clarify. I feel the bulls are most popular world wide. The bulls logo is easily the most recognized, even compared to the Bears or Cubs. I know people in other countries that are bulls fans strictly because they grew up watching during the Jordan era.

If you're talking about most popular/watched today or within Chicago then likely the Cubs or Bears.

I've been a Chicago sports fan for 27 years and don't remember a team ever having to move a game like they did in that situation until a month and a half ago.
