How about a really tall step pyramid?

Also, where's a good place for this hill?

Chicago won't get a hill for a long, long time (a hill of a long time.)

The state will give the first state-issued hill to Cahokia due to its long history of native American hilliness. Next the tribes along the Fox River get to build hills so that those despairing from their gaming loses pushing them into being bankruptcy can go atop to jump. This being the compassionate thing to offer the misfortunate, literally a social "safety net" (without the net). Next one goes to Des Plaines because Rivers and Hills just seem to go together like a Horse and Carriage...but we have those on Michigan Avenue and the Gold Coast.

Only then will the state allow the city to construct its hill, centrally located for public and tourist enjoyment and consumption, in Millennium Park. The hill will be built of many tiny replicas of Chicago's very own Oscar Meyer Weinermobile, this being an apt shape and in fitting with another MP attraction.

Due to the fact that you will no longer be able to see Lake Michigan from Michigan Avenue with this monstrosity sticking out god-knows-how-far (but at least we can say, "We now have our hill!), it will officially be known as "Cloud Block"

Of course, everyone will just call it a Hill Of Beans.

If you go to the near suburbs you can see hills - not very big - sometimes there is smoke coming out of it.

Upon further investigation, these are landfills (made of garbage) and grass has grown over it.

Do you want more of these? lol
