Judge for yourself. This Saturday there will be a Zombie Prom/Dance Party in wait for it...wait for it... Bridgeport. If that doesn't have undiscovered hipster paradise written all over it, I don't know what does.

Some hipster friends of mine decided to overtake a dive bar a few years ago. There was a bar on Western next to a muffler shop, and they just started hanging out there and playing pool. Some "townie" locals would go there too, but not many--so they basically had the bar to themselves. I always wondered what would happen to that place after they all moved on--as hipsters are bound to do.
My wife has a copy of a book that went around a few years ago called "The Hipster Handbook". Her sister from Ohio gave it to her because she thought we were hipsters and she wanted to poke fun. However, she should have given us "Bobos in Paradise" if she really wanted to zing us--since that more aptly described the life we were living. But Bobos and hipsters are the same to the untrained eye in the Cleveland suburbs.

Yes, the proceeds of said party are going to everyone's favorite hipster charity as well. 826 Chicago | a Non-Profit Writing / Tutoring Center, Chicago, IL
Oh, wait, I'm thinking of another dance party with robots, not zombies.

Yeah, I thought you're supposed to stand there and sort of pensively stare at whichever ingenious yet criminally overlooked wordsmiths and/or musical visionaries are up on the stage, breaking your stoic pose now and then to nod in agreement or approval.
