Just called them. Its not just cable, all rcn services in chicago are down right now. Going to be a lot of mad people today.

Mine has not gone out.Try power cycling your modem and checking your connections.

I wish I knew you were going to get RCN I could have referred you and got a nice credit.;-)

Mine came back on awhile ago. It was a chicago wide outage though. Had a message right when ya called em.

I was not out. Yeah, they are good at that carp. Overall, I have been very happy with them for the last 2 years, but that message is bs...;-)
