Just for the record, agents commission are either 5 or 6%, half for the seller agent and half for the buyer agent, in a 500K home that's 15K for each or in Chicago where it's 2.5% each that's 12.5K, no wonder why some sellers rather go for the flat list.

Default Prello Realty

Save your money. I listed with Prello and they posted incorrect informationabout my property. I never received any calls. Wish I would have tried Berg. R Prello. owner was rude and gave me a difficult time to get my errors fixed. Some were never fixed. They listed items that my house did not have and were not on the paperwork I mailed to them. People told me that they called about my property and were sent elsewhere. I feel like I spent $299 to advertise their agency, not my property. They were suppposed to list my phone number so the calls would come directly to me. My phone number did not appear anywhere.

Or, can you recommend any other flat fee listing co.'s in Chicagoland?

Thanks for any suggestions!
