Question Apartments in the Superior / State area?

I'm looking at a highrise in this area called "One West Superior Place" and I was wondering if there are any other apartments in this specific area that might be at a lower price or around the same price? The ones at One Superior Place start at around $1400. The only other one I have found is Chestnut Place.

I also wouldn't mind being about the Grand Station for the Red Line.

I want to be located near the Chicago Red Line station, and also being close to the Cathedral would be nice.

Interestingly enough, I lived at 1 West Superior for 2 years and my boyfriend lived in Chestnut Place. They are both good buildings. I LOVED 1 W Superior and when I lived there, cable, internet, and heat were all included, which made the price not as bad (it was also cheaper than that at the time). I also love the W/D in unit and the fact that you could stay inside and take the back way to Whole Foods!

Chestnut Place is also nice. Definitly not as new as 1 West, but there were never any problems with the apartments, etc, it was a great location, and it was cheaper than 1 West. He left Chestnut to move in with me at 1 West because my apartment is newer, was a bit bigger, and had the W/D in unit. Chestnut was nice though and again, was signficantly cheaper at the time!

I looked at them (you can just walk around) but can't think of names because those weren't the ones I chose :-)

there's one across the street from chestnut place to check out.... I can't remember the name of it (it's above the grocery store)

No, I know that, I lived there. I'm talking about the one above the grocery store across the street from Chestnut Place.....

Total mental block right now....

One East Delaware! That's it!

There's also the Grand Plaza, but they are really expensive
