Just by chance I came across this story today...

That bad? Wow. I've read that it was up and coming and also that it was pretty bad. I guess this isn't the place for me.

I hope you don't make financial decisions based on the opinions of anonymous online posters. For what it's worth here is a link with a street view. As you can tell it's a pretty rough area. On Division, you'll probably feel safer east of California
