Speaking of Chicago, a few weeks ago I had the pleasure of dining at Everest. The service was impeccable, the decor was chic, the views were breathtaking, and the food was well, perfect.
That restaurant is a cloud in heaven.

Great pics...I hadn't seen a lot of them before. I can't wait to move back in a few weeks. I've got some pretty good memories of that place.
