What does this mean? Ghetto is a place not a person. I don't use slang in my everyday vocabulary so I am not sure what you mean by that. Can you explain?

I had the same problem with a Hyde Park condo I owned 20 years ago. One night my wife was out of town (so no TV in my bedroom) and I could clearly hear the sounds of passion of the doctor in the unit above me. It was really odd.

I suggest you cobble up a condo association with rules as to renters, use of common areas, review of prospective renters, etc.

I'd move if I at all could. Either that or find some way to block it out.

If you're hearing it I would guess her kids are, too. I'd think that would be traumatizing for them.

Evict them. You own a share of the place. Make it happen.

We have renters below us, but since we're a condo building we can evict them with little cause. It's in our bylaws. Renters have fewer rights in condo building with well-written bylaws.

There are some simplified rules for condos with less than 6 units. Not sure if that is going to help you are not, I'd check with an attorney. Worst case you get to tell your story to someone else, and attorneys generally appreciate something with sex sounds...

Ahh yes, the joys of "apartment" living. Currently renting and moving to a condo complex where the class of people is much better. Part of his problem though is he bought in a complex where they allow rentals. I would have looked into this before buying, it's a red flag for me.

As far as the girl being "Ghetto", it's simply new generation word for trash, in her case she's trashy and promiscuous.. What are the fact that she may be Protituting? Its odd to hear the there are different men coming and going all the time, the times seem a bit nutty. Although, not to nutty if your a nympho..
Id buy some condoms and tape them in an envelope onto her door.. she may get the hint
