I used to work in and around Union Station. At 630pm you will still have people around.
One thing that applies to anyone...keep track of your purse. Don't leave it unzipped...hide your money somewhere besides your wallet. If they get in your purse the first thing they want is your wallet. I've been bumped on the bus and later came to realize that my wallet was taken. Luckily, I already kept money elsewhere so they didn't get too much. If you are a guy, keep track of the pocket your wallet is in.
