Chicago Overturns Foie Gras Ban - Diner’s Journal - Dining & Wine - New York Times Blog

I think my favorite part of the article is this

"In bringing the measure to the floor, Mayor Richard M. Daley, never a supporter of the ban, ignored pleas from the ban’s sponsor, Alderman Joe Moore, who, The Tribune said, warned his colleagues that, “Tomorrow it could happen to you.”

What “it” was wasn’t clear."

Good. The city council has a lot better things to waste our money on than worrying about this kind of nonsense.

Joe Moore is a d*****bag and a sore loser. He got a taste of his own medicine with the ban reversal coming without debate. Wonder what he did to tick off Da Mayor?

I hate Micheal Moore, but he sure painted Joe Moore in a perfect light. Joe Moore is a deer in the headlights.
