Co-worker told me of a developing story in Chicago regarding a subway train accident? Anyone else hear about this yet?

After seeing pictures, it looks like a switching problem. It happened at the junction of the Ashland branch. Looks like the first car was directed onto the main line, then the switch moved or dislodged and started directing the rest of the train down the Ashland branch. Taking a look at the pictures, it's only sheer luck that this wasn't a lot more serious than it was. That train was precariously close to falling off the platform.
