Muck the Vikings. Muck Favre. (Unless they are playing the pack of course.)

The Vikes are my #2 team, so obviously, when they play the Bears, I must go.
Favre may be 'special', but there's no escaping the fact that the Brett Favre who defined "Brett Favre" doesn't exist in the 40 year old man, like it did in the 29 year old man. Still, a 40 year old Brett Favre is better than a lot of 26 year old quarterbacks, so it should be fun to see.

LOVE LOVE that he went to the Vikes.
Vikes/Packers rivalry is one of the longest-standing, most established in football. Him signing with the Vikes really shoves it up their asses.

^ darn i dont even want to know what Vikings Bears tickets would go for.

Personally I would rather go to 10 or so Sox games then one Bears game. Sometimes I wish Chicago wasnt such a sports city so games werent so expensive.

I'm hoping Favre goes down with a broken femur in the first game.

i dont think favre will have a good year to be honest with you...

i also think the bears will beat the vikings and win the division... last year the bears almost won it with a crappy qb and a mediocre d... this year we improved greatly at the qb position i also think the bears wr will suprise a lot of people... cutler will give our d a chance to be healthy and not to be so much on the field

The Vikings will destroy the bears and the pack. AP 2000 yards this season. Favre doesn't need to be a star, just complete short passes like he did last night to keep the opposing d off balance and AP will be unstoppable.

That said, aren't bears tickets always hard to get and expensive, regardless of who they are playing? Best bet is usually to know someone with season tickets.

thats what I am hearing they are expensive I guess I will go to game at metrodome. Yeah favre looked pretty good last night for they little time he has practiced. To bad they had so damn many penaltys. Adrian Peterson is a great back they definitely have a chance to kick some butt this year. Percy harvin will be fun to watch to bad he missed that t.d from Favre.
