thePR will become famous soon enough
The Spire because it's going to be right on the lake and I wouldn't be supporting Trump.

Neither! The Spire seems like a giant bulls-eye to me although I know it would probably be safe. (I couldn't stop thinking about 9/11 when I had lunch on the 95th floor of the John Hancock last year.) And no thanks to supporting Trump either.

Trump but by a narrow margin, because it is not as big of a terrorist target, and I just like the location. Right in the heart of the city!! Thats not saying I don't like the spire, infact I love it, just too high risk.

Can any of you paranoids explain how a terrorist might get into Chicago to destroy one of it's largest highly-secured buildings? I can't think of any such scenario that would be likely.

Ever heard of an airplane? No, that cannot happen.

Default Not to drift too far off topic...

A small plane probably would not enough fuel to do anything signficant now that Meigs is gone, and any large plane the passengers would beat any hijacker to death before they got near the cockpit...

I really think that the sum total of the cool factor, the views, the amenities will blot out the worry factor for most people.

I know it's improbable that it will ever happen again, but it still would strike a nervous chord for me to live there. No thanks.

What if the perp was a pilot? You do know that these scumbags are not stupid right?

There a few crashes where a pilot and even the whole crew was suspected of bring the plane down with malicious intent.

spire. I do hope they change the design again, or at least that it doesnt end up looking like in the pictures, like an adult toy.

Spire.

You're paying for the name Trump and he DOES NOT own the building. TRUMP has not owned nor built a building since 96'. He just manages the buidling process and oversees construction and of course he gets paid 15 to 20% of all condo sales, and a % percentage of the builders fee. TRUMP is in the marketing business not the real estate business.
