I agree the prices are crazy for the Spire (haven't really looked into Trump, as I am really not that interested). I think they should do a few floors with a "locals-only discount". The people they are selling to are (I hear, anyways) rich people from other countries. Which is fine, I guess- whatever. But the thought that such prime spaces with amazing views may be empty for most the year aside from when an international family or business man is in town is kinda sad. I wish the building to be full of people who love the city, love the metropolitan lifestyle, love the views and adore the architecture. In a perfect world, right?!

like 750 for a studio? how much does one unit cost to make 100, 000????
and they should have left some hotel...maybe like 5 or 10 floors in the middle sepperating the studios with the 1bdrms 2bdrms etc
