Where is the best parking lot to park for the 4th Of July fireworks in Grant Park ?
Me, my sister, nephew, and mother is goin to the fireworks in Grant Park today. I want to know what parking lot is the best and closest in downtown Chicago to go ?

Parking close means you are not going to have easy access away from the lakefront. Unless you want to spend a lot of time...take public transportation.

Yes today is the third. The Big show is today. But there is another one at Navy Pier on the 4th also.

There's a parking garage under Millennium Park, and that would probably be full. Otherwise, there are plenty of parking garages in the loop if you're willing to walk (should find some space assuming loop workers are off for the holiday).
But avoid the hassle and take public transit! It'll save you time, money and stress.
