Question Does Chicago have "petulant" weather???

According to the Sun-Times, apparently it does, or at least tonight it does. This is a screen shot of the front page of their website this evening (click the bar at the top of the image to full-size it for better clarity):

Thumbs down Petulant is better than...

Constantly dreary, which is what it is like in Pittsburgh, where the weatherman is always right because it rains EVERY FRICKIN' DAY!

It's terrible and unreal at the same time.
