Default Logan Square Streets

Thinking of buying in logan square but if-y on where i should start looking. What are the general boundaries if I would like to buy a condo on a generally safe street (ex: stay east of kedzie, north of so and so street) with good chance of the property appreciating in value.
I'm looking at buying something in the mid 200's so if any of you guys know of any places, please post them. Thanks.

Default logan square

You will need to tell fellow posters what you are looking for in the mid 200s. Whether new, rehab, fixer upper, how many beds and baths, finishes, etc.

I would say stay east of kimball, as opposed to kedzie. North and south doesn't matter as much. Obviously. If you are going to be taking the el look for areas close to the el as I am doing for a future apartment building purchase.

Also, sq ft is important.
