Default What's Your Favorite Project?

Just out of curiosity, what's everyone's favorite project going up in Chicago right now? Some options include the Museum Park buildings, Trump Tower, Aqua, Waterview Tower (if it goes up), the Elysian, updating of Hyde Park's Village Center, the Chicago Spire, and many others. So which is your favorite and why?

My favorite... the Trump Tower. Why? River front propert is great because of the awesome city views! Lake views are so boring. I'd take either tho!

I'd say the tower on Roosevelt in the South Loop with the views of Grant Park. It must be 70 stories.
