I need help with transit options!! We are spending this weekend in the Chicago area for my mom's 50th birthday. We plan on spending all day Saturday in the city doing numerous things. We are staying in Hammond, IN just off of I-90.
What is the best option for us to get into the city? We really do not want to drive in. Are there shuttle services somewhere? I have looked at the CTA website and thought that getting on the Red-Line train at 95th street could be a good option. But, I see that there is no park and ride at the station (or any on the south part of the red line). Is there somewhere we could park and walk to the station? Or any other options? I appreciate any help someone can give me! |
