It is Honore. I believe the correct way to say it is ON-OR. I always say(as many other people do) ON-OR-RAY though.

Yeah, I've always heard it said as ON-OR-RAY, and say it that way way myself. It's kind of like Devon Ave, pronounced DAH-VON and not DEH-VEN.

I've always heard "Honore" pronounced "ON-ray" and "Devon" pronounced "Deh-VON".
