Especially Nestle's. Its European chocolate is superior to the chocolate they sell in the U.S. A friend of mine in Europe sent a box of the stuff to me a few years ago. Yummy and far less sugar in it.

Crimes (as in, "what is a crime"?) are dictated by those who write the laws, and who enforce the laws.

By your logic, during Prohibition about 80% of America (including pretty much the entire all-white Chicago Police Department) was criminal. If drugs were legalized (for people besides the privileged elite like George Bush, that is) overnight your stats on black "criminals" would be decimated, as we've been cramming people in the jails for non-violent drug offenses for decades.
